Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and free in every piece you wear.

You may try your items at the time of delivery.
If the item doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet expectations, you may request:
✓ Exchange on the spot with the courier
✓ Return on the spot with the courier
Once the courier leaves, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
To be eligible for exchange/return at delivery:

Items must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed and in original condition
Tags and packaging must be intact

Exchange After Delivery
If size or color needs to be changed after receiving:

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours
Courier fees for exchange apply
The item must be in perfect, unused condition
Note: Items purchased during final clearance may not be eligible for exchange unless the product is defective.

Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive an item that is:

defective,
damaged,
or different from what you ordered,
We will take full responsibility and exchange it at no extra charge.
